Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any application operated by Nakasendo Family Trust ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our applications.

Eligibility

Our applications are private tools built exclusively for authorised members of our immediate family. Access is granted by invitation only and is protected by authentication credentials. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Use of applications

You agree to use our applications solely for their intended personal and family purposes. You must not:

• Share access credentials with anyone outside the family
• Attempt to access applications or data you are not authorised to use
• Use our applications for any commercial purpose

Third-party services

Our applications may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Availability

Our applications are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue any application at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nakasendo Family Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our applications.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our applications constitutes acceptance of any changes.
